Unichem Laboratories Limited is an Indian listed research company with headquarters in Mumbai. Unichem manufactures both active pharmaceutical ingredients as well as a variety of different finished pharmaceutical products. The manufacture of Active Ingredients is currently performed at Unichem’s ROHA facility with manufacturing activities expected to increase substantially within the group due to the recent acquisition of the Active Ingredient manufacturing facility at Indore. The company currently has three finished product manufacturing facilities located in Goa, Ghaziabad and Baddi. These facilities share accreditation from various regulatory agencies including the MHRA in the United Kingdom, the TGA in Australia and the MCC in South Africa.
